Quote of the day (and possibly forever)

“Gentlemen, if you lose today you will continue to be the best in the world – but if you win today you will be eternal.”

–Pep Guardiola

Pep HAS TO BE the greatest manager EVAR. The gladiator reel in Rome that quote here, the stuff of legends, truly.

Also I think we need a caption this for:

I have no words for that…seriously.

Leo gave back to La Masia Btw.Alright he can afford it, but he didnt have to.What a nice gesture.Players like he Iniesta and Xavi are a huge contrast to the Thongboys of the world.

Gabi also played a role in the game even if he didnt play

I think its nice to see what a tight nit squad we have.

Simply amazing quote and also a great article. 22k Euros would have been spent on champagne, skanks, cocoa butter, and solid gold rosaries by other players who names we won’t mention…Not to say I wouldn’t blow 22k on bubbly and strippers (certainly not tanning products) if faced with this amount of cash. My morales are sadly more flexible.

Visca Barca. Let the haters hate then watch the sliverware pile up.
Can that be the new tagline of the blog?

I’d include Kaka in that though. If he and Iniesta played on the same team, the actual hand of god would come down and score goals.

So much respect for this squad. Humble, determined and eloquent; Guardiola embodies this club.

Great moment the other night. I’m leaving a concert, and there’s a couple staring at the back of my car, and pointing. My first thought is “Great, some jackass just touch-parked me into the middle of next week.”

Turns out they were geeked about my BARCA4 license plates. The male half of the couple was a Barcelona native. We chatted a bit about the match and my recent trip, and he said that between the match, my Barca winter jacket and my license plate, he was so happy.

So was I, for the little reminder of a great vacation.

Nice. There’s a car I always see parked here in Minneapolis that has a Barca sticker on it and that always gets me curious/excited. I’m sure I’d geek out pretty hard too if I saw your plates.
